本协议是您与Ifbot Tech APP所属开发者苏州翼博特智能科技有限公司就服务等相关事宜所订立的契约，请您仔细阅读本隐私政策，您点击“同意以下协议，提交”按钮后，本协议即构成对双方有约束力的法律文件。This agreement is a contract between you and Ifbot Tech APP developer Suzhou Ifbot Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. on services and other related matters. Please read this privacy policy carefully. After you click the button "agree to the following agreement and submit", this agreement shall come to be a legal document binding on both parties.

1、适用范围 Application Scope

(a) 在您使用本应用网络服务，或访问本应用平台网页时，本应用自动接收并记录的您的浏览器和计算机上的信息，包括但不限于您的IP地址、浏览器的类型、使用的语言、访问日期和时间、软硬件特征信息及您需求的网页记录等数据；When you use this application network service or visit the web page of this application platform, this application automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, web page records you need and other data;
(b) 本应用通过合法途径从商业伙伴处取得的用户个人数据。The application obtains users' personal data from business partners through legal means.

(a) 您在使用本应用平台提供的搜索服务时输入的关键字信息；Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by this application platform;
(b) 本应用收集到的您在本应用发布的有关信息数据，包括但不限于参与活动、成交信息及评价详情；Relevant information data collected by the application and published by you in the application, including but not limited to participating in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;

3、信息披露Information disclosure

3.1用 户应自行诚信向本站提供注册资料，用户同意其提供的注册资料真实、准确、完整、合法有效，用户注册资料如有变动的，应及时更新其注册资料。如果用户提供的 注册资料不合法、不真实、不准确、不详尽的，用户需承担因此引起的相应责任及后果，并且翼博特保留终止用户使用翼博特各项服务的权利。The user shall provide registration information to the site in good faith by themselves, and the user agrees that the registration information provided is true, accurate, complete, legal and valid. 3.2用户在本站进行浏览、下单购物等活动时，涉及用户真实姓名/名称、通信地址、联系电话、电子邮箱等隐私信息的，本站将予以严格保密，除非得到用户的授权或法律另有规定，本站不会向外界披露用户隐私信息。When the user browses, places orders and purchases on this site, if they involve private information such as real name, correspondence address, contact number, e-mail address, etc., the site will keep it strictly confidential, unless authorized by the user or otherwise stipulated by law, this site will not disclose the user's private information to the outside world.

4、信息存储和交换Information storage and exchange

本应用收集的有关您的信息和资料将保存在本应用及（或）其关联公司的服务器上，这些信息和资料可能传送至您所在国家、地区或本应用收集信息和资料所在地的境外并在境外被访问、存储和展示。The information and materials collected about you will be stored on the servers of this application and / or its affiliated companies, such information and materials may be transmitted to your country, region or outside the country where the information and materials should have been collected and are accessed, stored and displayed abroad.

7、第三方SDK The third party SDK
