艾睿热成像隐私条款

尊敬的艾睿热成像(以下简称app)用户，欢迎使用合肥英睿系统技术有限公司（以下简称“我们”或“英睿”）提供的app。 我们的app是辅助我们的热像仪产品(以下简称产品)使用的。
尊重您的个人隐私是我们的基本原则，我们在此向您详细说明app对您个人隐私的访问内容，并提供了解释说明。我们会采取各种措施保护您的隐私和个人数据。
1、权限说明
相机:当您反馈产品问题时可以选择相机拍照
录音:当您录制产品的热成像视频时可以选择使用手机的麦克风合成带声音的视频。
位置:当您观看产品的热成像视频时，拍照和录制视频，可以记录当前发生的位置，以供以后查看。记录您使用产品的位置，对我们更好地了解产品的市场分布。
存储:当您观看热像仪图像时，对拍照和录制视频，可以保存到本地，也可以导出热像仪的文件到本手机存储空间。
设备标识符:移动识别码(IMEI),Android_ID，在反馈问题时允许获取手机的设备信息，我们也会搜集用户使用的配套产品设备型号，共同形成用户信息。
拨打电话：与客服进行电话沟通。
VPN服务:部分手机连接设备WiFi后将断网，通过本地vpn功能可以使其它app上网，可以用于直播。
2、涉及嵌入第三方代码、插件传输个人信息的情形

应用的目的和场景：用于统计、分析产品分布、反馈问题时绑定手机的设备信息。
收集的个人信息范围：Android_ID
3、信息使用
在获得您的数据后，app会将其上传至公司在合肥的服务器，以生成您的用户产品信息，利用这些信息我们能够获知用户当前使用的热像仪和手机型号等，以便能够及时准确地跟踪用户在产品使用上的问题。
4、信息披露
我们不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息。
根据法律的有关规定，或者行政或司法机构的要求，向第三方或者行政、司法机构披露。
如果您违反中国有关法律、法规或者app用户协议的情况，需要向第三方披露。
5、信息存储
我们的app收集的有关您的信息将保存在我们位于中国合肥本地服务器上，除了法律法规、政府主管部门强制要求外，本App不会公开披露您的个人信息。
