Shanghai Rolling Beast Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Rolling Beast App" or "We") considers your personal information to be vital and gives you control over it. We will use strong encrpytion techniques to protect your privacy, and develop strict privacy policy to protect all data. To help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export and delete your information, we have laid down the “Rolling Beast Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as “This Policy/This Privacy Policy”), and remind you that:

When you access to the Rolling Beast App, make sure to read and thoroughly understand this policy. By using or continuing to use the Rolling Beast App, you acknowledge and accept the current version of this policy and that may be updated from time to time, and accept that t we may collect, use, disclose, store, share, or otherwise use your information under this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you are requested to cease to use or access our products and services with immediate effect.

1. Personal information: it means any information recorded electronically or otherwise that, alone or in conjunction with other information, identifies a specific natural person or reflects the activities of a particular natural person, such as name, email address, telephone number, bank card number, ID number, address, communication log, or other data that we can properly link to such information.
个人敏感信息：是指一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全，极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇的个人信息，例如身份证件号码、个人生物识别信息、银行账号、财产信息、行踪轨迹、交易信息、14岁以下（含）儿童信息等的个人信息（我们将在本隐私权政策中对具体个人敏感信息以粗体进行显著标识）。
2. Personal sensitive information: it means personal information that may threaten the safety of persons and property, and may cause damage to reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment if disclosed, illegally provided or misused, such as identification number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, whereabouts, transaction information, information on children under 14 (inclusive) and other sorts of personal information.

When you use our products and/or services, we collect and use your personal information on a proper, legitimate, transparent, minimum essential principle and for the purpose as set out herein.

本应用的基本业务功能为，包括以下但不限于提供雪场雪质概况、滑雪轨迹纪录功能、滑雪组队功能等，除了登陆时提供的手机号码之外，您无须向我们提供其他任何个人信息，即可使用基本功能服务。
The basic business functions of this app are, including but not limited to, offering the overview of snow quality in ski resort, recording skiing tracks, and grouping ski teams. You do not need to provide us with any personal information other than the cell phone number provided at the time of login in order to use the basic function services.
（二）升级会员功能服务
(2) Upgrade member functions
本应用的升级会员功能包括但不限于，提供原创3D互动雪场地图、更个性化的纪录你每一次的滑行轨迹、更多互动娱乐性的组队功能、单趟轨迹纪录分享等，解锁更多升级版会员优享的个性化及互动娱乐性的功能及体验。我们会根据您的会员账户使用情况及平台设置的会员等级计算规则确定您当前的会员等级，并为您提供相应会员等级所对应的基本权益。
The upgraded member functions of this app include but not limited to, interactive 3D ski resort maps, more personalized recording of skiing tracks, more interactive and entertaining grouping functions, single-trip track record points. More personalized and interactive entertainment features and experiences tailored for advanced premium members are unlocked. We will fix your current membership level based on the usage of your membership account and the membership level calculation rules provided by the platform, and further provide you with the basic benefits linked to the exact membership level.
为了向您提供更优质的产品及智能服务，在您使用体验或扩展类功能服务时，我们可能需要向您收集下述信息，如果您拒绝提供，将无法享用对应的功能和服务。
For experience with better products and intelligent services, we may need to collect the following information from you in the course of using the experience or extended functions and services, and if you refuse to provide it, you may have no access to the related functions and services.

A．当您注册、登录滚兽APP时，您可以通过手机号创建账号，并且您可以完善相关的网络身份识别信息（头像、昵称、密码），收集这些信息是为了帮助您完成注册。您还可以根据自身需求选择填写性别、生日、偏好的滑雪相关信息，例如偏好双板或单板等来完善你的信息。
A. When you sign up and login to Rolling Beast App, you can create an account by cellphone number, and you can further add the relevant network identification information (portrait, nickname, password). Such information is collected to help you with the sign-up process. You can also elect to fill in gender, date of birth, preferred skiing-related information such as preference for double or single board, in order to add your personal information where needed.
B. 您也可以使用第三方账号登录并使用滚兽APP，您将授权我们获取您在第三方平台注册的公开信息（头像、昵称以及您授权的其他信息），用于与滚兽APP账号绑定，使您可以直接登录并使用本产品和相关服务。

You can also use a third party account to log in and use the Rolling Beast App. You will authorize us to obtain your public information (avatar, nickname and other information you authorize) registered on the third party platform for binding to your Rolling Beast App account, so that you can directly log in and use the product and related services.
1.1.2 认证

在您使用身份认证的功能或相关服务所需时，根据相关法律法规，您可能需要提供您的真实身份信息（真实姓名、身份证号、电话号码）以完成实名验证。该部分信息属于个人敏感信息，您可以拒绝提供，如果拒绝提供您将可能无法获得相关服务，但不影响其他功能与服务的正常使用。
When you use the function of identity authentication or whenever needed for related services, you may need to provide your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number) to process real name authentication to the extent required by applicable laws and regulations. Such information is personal sensitive information, you may refuse to provide. If you refuse to provide such information, you may have no access to the relevant services, but will not disrupt the normal use of other functions and services.

1.2.1 The information that you provide to us in the course of signing up for an account or using our services for identification of user, such as name, email address, phone number, bank card number, ID number, address, and communication log, or other data we can properly find such information via a link. If you intend to use all sharing functions we offer, you may also need to create a profile that is publically available, which may contain your name and photo.

We collect some information about the service you use and how you use them, such as the information you may create in the course of using Rolling Beast App to ski, record your skiing tracks and activate the grouping function, as well as relevant information in the course of using Rolling Beast hardware products or services. Such information includes:
1.3.1 设备信息：我们会根据您在软件安装及/或使用授权的具体权限，接收并记录您所使用的设备相关信息，例如您的设备型号、操作系统版本信息、设备设置、移动设备版本、设备识别码、荧幕分表率、设备环境等软硬件特征信息、设备所在位置相关信息，例如IP地址、GPS位置以及能够提供相关信息的WLAN接入点、蓝牙和基站等传感器信息。如果您在安装及/或使用过程中拒绝授予我们相应权限的，我们并不会记录您上述对应的信息。
1.3.1 Device Information: we will receive and record information about the device you are using according to your permissions in the software installation and/or access authorization., such as your device model, OS version information, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code, screen resolution, device environment and other hardware and software characteristics, device location information (e.g.: IP address, GPS location, and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base stations that can provide relevant information. If you refuse to grant us the permission during installation and/or use, we will not record the above information.

为了给您提供全方位的滑雪升级体验，经过您的授权，我们的客户端会将您在滚兽APP上记录的滑行轨迹视频上传到服务器进行存储；可能会提取您设备中的软件名、版本号，通过加密上传到服务器进行处理、存储。同时，您也可以随时通过相关功能设置拒绝/取消该权限。拒绝提供该权限仅会使您无法使用上述功能，但不影响滚兽APP其他功能与服务的正常使用；但当您取消该授权后，我们将不再收集该信息，也无法再为您提供上述与之对应的服务；但除非您依照法律的规定删除了您的信息，否则您的取消行为不会影响我们基于您之前的授权进行的信息的存储或处理。
For delivery of enhanced skiing experience, our client will upload the video of your skiing track recorded on the Rolling Beast App to the server for storage with your authorization; it may extract the software name and version number from your device and upload them to the server through encryption. You can also set to deny/remove the permission at any time by using the relevant function. However, when you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and provide you with the service as mentioned above; unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not preclude us from storing or processing the information with your prior authorization.
1.3.5 轨迹纪录功能、生成视频及下载
1.3.5 Track recording, video generation and download
当您使用轨迹纪录功能后，我们会自动生成您的滑行轨迹视频，若您想要下载并保存到您个人设备的相簿中，我们将访问您的设备相机相册相关权限。如您拒绝提供权限和内容的，仅会使您无法使用该功能，但并不影响您正常使用滚兽的其他功能。同时，您也可以随时通过相关功能设置取消该权限。当您取消该授权后，我们将不再收集该信息，也无法再为您提供上述与之对应的服务；但除非您依照法律的规定删除了您的信息，否则您的取消行为不会影响我们基于您之前的授权进行的信息的处理、存储。
When you activate the track recording function, we will automatically generate a video about your skating tracks, and if you intend to download and save it to the photo album of your personal device, we will have access to the permissions of your device camera album. If you refuse to provide access and content, you will only be unable to use the function, but it will not preclude you from using other functions of Rolling Beast. You can also cancel this permission at any time by setting the relevant functions. Once you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and provide you with the services as mentioned above; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not preclude us from storing or processing the information with your prior authorization.
1.3.6 扫描二维码、拍摄照片
1.3.6 Scanning QR codes and taking photos
当您使用扫描二维码、拍摄照片、拍摄视频功能时，我们将访问您的设备相机相关权限，并收集您提供的基于扫描二维码、拍摄照片后向我们上传的图片、视频信息。如您拒绝提供权限和内容的，仅会使您无法使用该功能，但并不影响您正常使用滚兽APP的其他功能。同时，您也可以随时通过相关功能设置取消该权限。当您取消该授权后，我们将不再收集该信息，也无法再为您提供上述与之对应的服务；但除非您依照法律的规定删除了您的信息，否则您的取消行为不会影响我们基于您之前的授权进行的信息的处理、存储。
When you activate the function of scanning QR codes, taking photos or filming videos, we will access to the camera permissions in your device and collect the image and video information that you provide to us based on the QR code scanning and photo taking. If you refuse to provide the permission and content, you will only be unable to use the function, but it will not preclude you from using other functions of Rolling Beast. You can also cancel this permission at any time by setting the relevant functions. Once you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and provide you with the services as mentioned above; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not preclude us from storing or processing the information with your prior authorization.
1.3.7 位置信息

您可以授权开启设备定位功能并使用我们基于位置提供的相关服务，当然，您也可以通过关闭定位功能随时停止我们对您的地理位置信息的收集。同时，您也可以随时通过相关功能设置取消该权限。当您取消该授权后，我们将不再收集该信息，也无法再为您提供上述与之对应的服务；但除非您依照法律的规定删除了您的信息，否则您的取消行为不会影响我们基于您之前的授权进行的信息的处理、存储。
You can authorize to enable the location of your device and use our location-based services, but you can also shut off our collection of your location information at any time by disabling the location function. You can also cancel this permission at any time by setting the relevant functions. Once you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and provide you with the services as mentioned above; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not preclude us from storing or processing the information with your prior authorization.

To use the video recording function, we will have access to the microphone and recording-related permissions of your device, and we will need to collect your voice information and voice interaction information. If you refuse to provide this information, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not preclude you from using other functions of the Rolling Beast App. You can also cancel this permission at any time by setting the relevant functions. Once you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and provide you with the services as mentioned above; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not preclude us from storing or processing the information with your prior authorization.
1.3.9 交易信息

您可以在滚兽APP内购买商品/服务（如：滚兽APP会员服务）。在您使用该功能的过程中可能会需要进行支付，在支付过程中，我们可能会收集您的第三方支付账号的信息（例如支付宝账号、微信账号、银联账号）。
You can purchase goods/services within the Rolling Beast App (e.g., Rolling Beast App membership service).To use this function, you may need to effect payment and in the process of effecting payment, we may collect your third-party payment account information (e.g.: Alipay account, WeChat account, CUP account).
1.3.10 通讯录
1.3.10 Address book
若您想了解朋友使用滚兽APP的情况，可以申请使用滚兽APP相关功能，我们将根据您的授权上传并保存您的应用列表，并以加密方式上传并保存用户通讯录中联系人手机号码，通过与服务器中资讯匹配为您提供特色服务。您也可以随时通过相关功能设置取消该权限。但当您取消该授权后，我们将不再收集该信息，也无法再为您提供上述与之对应的服务；但除非您依照法律的规定删除了您的信息，否则您的取消行为不会影响我们基于您之前的授权进行的信息的处理、存储。
If you intend to know how your friends use Rolling Beast APP, you can apply to activate the relevant functions of Rolling Beast APP, we will upload and save your app list with your authorization, and upload and save the cellphone numbers of your contacts in the user's address book in an encrypted way, and provide you with some featured services by matching the information in the server. You can also cancel this permission at any time by setting the relevant functions. Once you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and provide you with the services as mentioned above; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not preclude us from storing or processing the information with your prior authorization.

We may obtain your personal information from third parties to the extent permitted by law. E.g:

• We may also obtain certain information from third-party social networking services, such as accounts and nicknames (for example, when you use a third-party account to log into the Rolling Beast App service).

We may also collect other information that is non-identifiable to specific persons and is non-personal information under applicable local law, such as statistical data created in the use of certain services, such as anonymous device information, daily activity events, page access events, page access duration events, session events; network monitoring data such as request duration, requests and false requests.; and app crash events. Such information is collected for the purpose of improving the services offered to you. The type and amount of information collected depends on how you use our products or services.

We may collect information such as unique device identifier, device model, system version, and other information related to your activities on our websites or mobile apps. We may make summary of this information to help us provide more useful information to our customers and to understand which parts of our websites, products or services are of the most interest to our customers. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, a summary of data is considered non-personal information. If we use non-personal information in conjunction with personal information, such information will be deemed as personal information when non-personal information in conjunction with personal information.
1.3.13 撤回同意收集个人信息的方式

您也可以随时在APP - 设置 - 隐私 - 管理设备隐私授权页面中，撤回/拒绝授予滚兽访问的设备信息（包括位置、相机、相册、麦克风、本地网络）。若您拒绝提供该权限仅会使您无法使用上述功能，但不影响滚兽其他功能与服务的正常使用；但当您取消该授权后，我们将不再收集该信息，也无法再为您提供上述与之对应的服务；但除非您依照法律的规定删除了您的信息，否则您的取消行为不会影响我们基于您之前的授权进行的信息的存储或处理。
You can also withdraw/refuse to grant access to device information (including location, camera, photo album, microphone, local network) to Rolling Beast at any time in the App-Settings-Privacy-Manage Device Privacy Authorization page. If you refuse to provide this information, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not preclude you from using other functions of the Rolling Beast App. You can also cancel this permission at any time by setting the relevant functions. Once you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and provide you with the services as mentioned above; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not preclude us from storing or processing the information with your prior authorization.
1.3.14 征得授权同意的例外
1.3.14 Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
根据相关法律法规、监管要求及国家标准，以下情形中，我行可能会收集、使用您的相关个人信息而无需另行征求您的授权同意：
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and national standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without separately seeking your authorization and consent under the following circumstances:

除以下情况下，滚兽APP不会将您的个人信息转让给任何主体：

您可以自行从滚兽APP账号中删除/修改您的内容或个人信息，或要求我们删除或修改信息，例如您想要删除个人账户，可以发送邮件到hello@rollingbeast.com与我们联络并提出您的要求，我们将在收到您邮件之日起的15个工作日内完成核查和处理。
You may at own option delete/modify your content or personal information or request us to do this on Rolling Beast APP account. For example, if you intend to delete your personal account, you can connect to us and bring up your request by sending an email to hello@rollingbeast.com, we will process your request within 15 working days after receipt of the email.

您要申请注销滚兽账户的，可以通过【Rolling Beast APP】-【我的】-【注销账户】的路径来注销您此前注册的账户。您注销账户后，我们将停止为您提供产品与/或服务，并依据您的要求，除法律法规另有规定外，我们将删除您的个人信息。对于您向我们提出的上述请求，我们将在15个工作日内作出答复。
If you intend to request for cancellation of your Rolling Beast account, you can cancel your previously registered account through the path of [Rolling Beast APP]-[Profile]-[Close Account]. Once you cancel the account, we will cease to provide you with products and/or services and, at your request, we will delete your personal information, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation. 1. Rolling Beast thinks it is vital to protect the information of underage. If you are a minor under 18, you are not allowed to use any service offered by Rolling Beast without the prior consent of your legal guardian. Rolling Beast protects the personal information and privacy of minors under the “Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors” and other applicable national laws and regulations.
2. 滚兽不会主动直接向未成年人收集其个人信息。对于经监护人同意而收集未成年人个人信息的情况，我们仅在法律法规允许、监护人同意或保护未成年人所必要的情况下使用、共享、转让或披露此类信息。

3. As a guardian, you may connect to us by sending email to hellotrollingbeast.com after logging in the App, in order to inquire, correct and delete information about the minor. If evidence shows that the minor has signed up and used our services without the consent of the guardian, the guardian may connect to the Customer Service of Rolling Beast and we will complete the verification within 15 working days after receipt of the email and delete the personal information of the minor as soon as practicable once confirmed.

If you do not provide the above information, you will have no access to the relevant services provided by us. In addition, you may at own option provide us with personal information about your child in the course of giving reviews, so you are requested to become aware of this and make prudent choice;
