ResMed, as the personal information processor of your personal information,
wants to share with you how we treat personal information we receive about
you. In this Privacy Notice, ResMed refers to Suzhou ResMed Medical
Technology Co., Ltd., with registered address at No. 9, Peiyuan Road, Tech
Zone, High-Tech District, Suzhou, and ResMed (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd.,
with registered address at Room 1201-2, 12/F, Building 12, Sun Palace
Middle Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

This Privacy Notice provides you with information about your rights and the
privacy practices that govern how we process your data. This Privacy Notice
applies to Sara App (“Sara App”).

When you register an account with us through Sara App: we will collect
your basic identity information, including phone number*, password
(encrypted)*, source channel during the registration and login processes. If
you choose to use WeChat login, we may collect the WeChat user open
ID, WeChat user nickname, and WeChat user avatar that you permit
WeChat to provide to us; (only applicable to IOS mobile users) if you
choose your Apple account to register and login, we may collect the Apple
username and email address that you permit Apple to provide to us;

When you choose to fill out the sleep heath self-assessment questionnaire
through Sara App, we will collect and process your answers to the self-
assessment questionnaire, which may include your gender, height, weight, year
of birth and relevant details which may impact sleep and breath, in order to
provide you with the assessment results of the questionnaire;

When you use our services, we may automatically obtain device information,
including the device identifier (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID and other
related information), application version number, brand and model of the user
device, etc. We undertake not to use such information for any purpose other
than the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice. The use of such information is
mainly to ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services and
it enable us to confirm the security status of your account, troubleshoot any
related abnormal conditions of crash and delay, so as to better run our
applications and improve your experience.

（IMEI、IDFA、Android ID、MAC、OAID 等相关信息 ）、应用程序版本号、

The items with a “*” are mandatory while other items are optional. Not
providing optional information may impact the application of the additional
business functions, but other functions in Sara App can be used normally.

We may also collect personal information about you when you agree to
participate in a research project, study, trial or other similar undertaking

our research team will provide a separate consent form, telling you more
about the data that we are collecting from that point.

way that will result in negative implications to your personal rights, e.g. harm
