您可在开启相册权限后使用该功能上传您的照片/图片/视频，以实现更换头像、上报设备使用问题提供证明等功能。当您使用于头像等功能时，我们不会对此信息进行识别；但是当您上报设备使用问题时我们会通过您所上传的照片/图片来定位您的问题。
4)基于麦克风的语音技术相关附加服务：
您可在开启麦克风权限后使用麦克风实现语音功能，如拍摄视频、唤醒语音助手等，在这些功能中我们会收集您的语音信息以识别您的指令需求。请您知晓，即使您已同意开启麦克风权限，我们也仅会在您主动点击App内麦克风图标或录制视频时通过麦克风获取语音信息。
5)基于存储权限的附加服务：
我们向您申请获取此权限，目的是为了保障客户端的稳定运行。在您开启我们可读取/写入您设备存储的权限后，我们将自您设备存储空间内读取或向其中写入图片、文件、崩溃日志信息等必要信息，用于向您提供信息发布或在本地记录崩溃日志信息等功能。
您理解并同意，上述附加服务需要您在您的设备中开启您的位置信息（地理位置）、摄像头（相机）、相册（图片库）、麦克风（语音）、通讯录、日历及/或电话状态的访问权限，以实现这些权限所涉及信息的收集和使用。您可在您的设备设置中逐项查看上述权限的状态，并可自行决定这些权限随时的开启或关闭。
请您注意，您开启任一权限即代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关个人信息来为您提供对应服务，您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权，我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关个人信息，也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。但是，您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息收集及使用。
2、我们自动收集的信息
设备信息：当您与我们的产品交互时，为保障你正常使用我们的服务，维护我们服务的正常运行，改进及优化我们的服务体验以及保障你的账号安全，我们会自动收集设备信息，设备型号、操作系统、设备硬件序列号（指由设备制造商编入到设备中的一串字符串，作为设备唯一标识符）、Android ID、登录IP地址、无线连接信息、操作系统类型和版本、应用程序版本号、推送通知标识符、日志文件和移动网络信息。
使用数据：在您与我们的网站和服务交互期间，我们会自动收集与访问、点击、下载、发送/接收消息和其他使用我们的网站和服务相关的使用数据。
日志信息：当您使用我们的应用程序时，系统和异常日志会被上传，其中包括您的IP地址、使用语言、操作系统的版本、访问的日期或者时间等。

位置信息：当您通过系统授权开启移动设备的定位功能并使用基于位置提供的服务时，我们会收集和使用您的位置信息以便您使用DG.SMART应用程序与智能设备进行配网。以及当您使用我们的特定产品或服务时，基于您的同意，我们会收集有关您的实时精确或非精确地理定位信息。您可以在移动设备的系统中关闭定位服务停止我们对您所在位置信息的收集。
3、智能设备相关信息：
智能设备基本信息：当您使用与我们的产品或服务连接的智能设备时，我们会收集有关智能设备的基本信息，如设备名称、设备ID、在线状态、激活时间、固件版本和升级信息等；
智能设备报告的信息：根据您选择与我们的产品或服务连接的不同智能设备，我们会收集您的智能设备报告的信息。例如，请输入智能设备报告的相关信息。
请注意，当您主动同意DG.SMART应用程序与苹果健康应用连接时，我们将与苹果健康共享您的测量数据（仅包括您的BMI，身高，体重和体脂％数据）。共享数据的目的仅是为了测量和分析与您有关的健康相关指标，并且永远不会透露给其他第三方。 您可以通过管理HealthKit设置页面随时关闭DG.SMART应用程序与苹果健康的授权连接。

改善我们的服务：我们处理您的设备信息、使用数据、位置信息和智能设备相关信息，以确保我们产品的功能和安全性，开发和改进我们的产品和服务，分析我们的运营效率，并防止和跟踪欺诈或不当使用行为。此类处理的法律依据是根据我们的使用条款履行我们与您的合同
非营销通信：我们处理您的个人信息，旨在向您发送与服务、条款/条件和政策变更和/或其他管理信息相关的重要信息。与此同时，我们还会向您发送与您购买服务相关的通知，如告警服务。您可查看DG.SMART中有关【消息推送通知】（【我】-【设置】-【App消息通知】）来管理您是否要求接收此类消息通信，当您选择关闭推送通知时，我们不再向您继续推送此类信息。此类处理的法律依据是根据我们的使用条款履行我们与您的合同。

个性化推送服务：我们会处理您的帐户和个人资料信息、使用信息、设备信息，以设计个性化的产品并为您提供量身定制的服务（例如推荐和显示适合您的产品信息和广告），以及邀请您参与您使用的产品的用户调查。若您不同意深圳市绿固电气科技有限公司处理您的个人信息以获取个性化服务，您可在进入DG.SMART的隐私设置（【我】-【设置按钮】-【隐私设置】-【个性化推送服务】）关闭您的选择。此类处理的法律依据是基于您的同意。
合规：我们会在我们认为必要或适当的情况下处理您的个人数据：

（b）遵守法律程序；

5）通过应用程序解绑智能设备，您使用智能设备的信息将不会被收集；
4）通过使用应用程序的游客模式，此时我们不会收集有关您的个人数据；
当您撤回同意或授权后，导致我们无法为您继续提供撤回授权部分对应的服务。但您撤回同意或授权，不影响撤回前基于您的同意开展的个人信息处理。
