Related services of Go-Yunnan are provided by Yunnan Tengyun Information Industry Co., Ltd. (with the registered address: 19F, Kungang Science and Technology Building, No. 777 South Ring Road, Xishan District, Kunming, Yunnan Province). In the Policy, we will explain in detail how Go-Yunnan will collect, use and store your personal information and what rights you have:

2. During your use of some features, we will collect your sensitive personal information after obtaining your consent. For example, when you use the “Guide” feature, we will collect the information on your location including the longitude and latitude, to provide nearby service facilities-related information and navigation services for you. Unless the provision of such information is required by the applicable law and regulations, refusing to provide such information will only result in your inability to use the related features, and will not affect your use of other features of Go-Yunnan.
3. 除经过您同意的本《游云南英文版隐私政策》明确说明的情形以外，我们不会主动共享或转让您的个人信息至第三方。如存在其他共享或转让您的个人信息，或您需要我们将您的个人信息共享或转让至第三方时，我们会直接征得或确认第三方征得您对上述行为的明示同意，但法律法规另有规定或因保护用户权益需要除外。
3. We will not proactively share or transfer your personal information to any other third party except for the situations specified in this Policy with your consent. If it’s necessary to share or transfer your personal information to a third party or you request us to do the same, we will seek your express consent or verify that the third party has obtained your express consent before sharing or transferring the information, unless otherwise there are special provisions by laws and regulations or if it’s necessary to protect users’ rights and interests.

4. We will not proactively request your personal information from any other third party either. If it is necessary for us to indirectly obtain your information form a third party or business development, we will obtain your express consent before acquiring the information and verify the legality of the information source according to laws. For example, when Go-Yunnan needs to process more of your information in addition to the information you have permitted us to access, we will seek your express consent before processing such information. We will strictly abide by the applicable laws and regulations, and require the third party to ensure the legality of the information it provides.
5. 您可以通过《游云南英文版隐私政策》所列途径及方式查阅、更正、复制、删除您的个人信息，也可以撤回同意、注销帐号、投诉举报以及设置权限等隐私功能。
5. You can access, modify, copy and delete your personal information on Go-Yunnan according to the approaches mentioned in the Policy. You can also withdraw your consent, delete your account, report or complaint and set privacy features.
6. 为了在《游云南英文版隐私政策》所述范围内收集您的信息，或者向您提供服务、优化我们的服务以及保障您的帐号安全，我们将需要向您索取相关的权限；其中的敏感权限例如设备信息、位置信息（地理位置）、摄像头（相机）、存储（相册）、麦克风（语音）的访问权限等均不会默认开启，只有在您明确同意后我们才会在您同意的范围内调用或使用。对您已经向我们授权的该等权限，您也可以在“本机系统设置-应用管理-Go-Yunnan-权限管理”中查询我们已调用或使用的系统权限类型、使用目的，并进行统一管理。需要特别说明的是，我们获得具体某一项敏感权限并不代表我们必然会收集您的相关信息；即使我们已经获得敏感权限，也仅在必要范围内，并在您使用相关的服务或功能期间根据本指引来收集您的相关信息。
6. In order to collect your information under this policy, or provide and optimize our services and protect your account security, we will seek your authorization to access some information or features. The access to sensitive information or features such as device information, location (geographical location), cameras and storage (photo albums), microphone (voice) is disabled by default and will only be enabled upon your express consent. You can learn the types of the functions from which you have permitted us to access and the purpose of acquiring information from the functions and manage access permissions by the procedures: system settings - application management - Go-Yunnan - access permission management. It is important to note that obtaining your authorization to access sensitive information or features is a necessary but not sufficient conditions for us to collect certain information. Our acquisition of your authorization to access a sensitive feature shall not be considered that we will definitely collect your relevant information. We will only collect your relevant information when necessary and in accordance with this Policy.

Privacy is an important right of users. Yunnan Tengyun Information Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") attaches great importance to the protection of users’ personal information and privacy. We are well aware of the importance of personal information to you and formulate the Go-Yunnan Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"). We will take corresponding security protection measures in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and endeavor to protect your personal information safe and controllable.
在使用“Go-Yunnan” APP或网页版（下称“游云南英文版”）前，请您务必仔细阅读并透彻理解，我们希望通过本隐私政策向您说明我们在您使用“游云南英文版”的产品与服务时如何收集、使用、保存、共享和转让这些信息，以及我们为您提供的访问、更新、删除和保护这些信息的方式。如果您是14周岁以下的未成年人，您应确保您的监护人阅读并同意本政策后，您才使用并向我们提供您的个人信息。
Before using the "Go-Yunnan" APP or web version (hereinafter referred to as "Go-Yunnan"), please be sure to read it carefully and thoroughly understand it. We hope to explain to you through this Policy how we collect, use, save, share and transfer the information when you use products and services of "Go-Yunnan", as well as the ways we provide you to access, update, delete and protect the information. "Personal information" refers to various kinds of information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information.
儿童：指不满十四周岁的未成年人。
"Child" refers to minors under 14 years old.
个人敏感信息：指包括身份证件号码、个人生物识别信息、银行账号、财产信息、行踪轨迹、交易信息、14岁以下（含）儿童信息等的个人信息（我们将在本隐私权政策中对具体个人敏感信息以粗体进行显著标识）。
"Personal sensitive information" refers to personal information including ID number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, whereabouts, transaction information, and information of children under 14 years old (inclusive) (specific personal sensitive information in this Policy is marked in bold).

1. 在您使用我们的产品及/或服务时，我们需要/可能需要收集和使用的您的个人信息包括如下两种：

1.1 The necessary information which you must authorize us to collect and use in order to provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to use our products and/or services normally.
1.2为实现向您提供我们产品及/或服务的附加功能，您可选择授权我们收集、使用的信息。若您拒绝提供，您将无法正常使用相应附加功能或无法达到我们拟达到的功能效果，但并不会影响您正常使用我们产品及/或服务的基本功能。
1.2 The information which you can choose to authorize us to collect and use in order to provide you with additional functions of our products and/or services. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to use the additional functions or their intended functions, but this will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products and/or services.

2. We will collect and use your personal information to fulfil the functions described in this Policy. The personal information involved in this Policy includes basic personal information (including name, birthday, gender, shipping address, phone number, email address and WeChat), network identification information (including system account, IP address, and email address, WeChat account and passwords related to the foregoing), personal identity information (including passport), personal property information (including transaction and consumption records), network identity identification information (including system account, IP address, personal digital certificate, email address and passwords related to the foregoing), personal Internet records (personal information subject operation records stored through logs, including browsing records, software usage records, click records, and favorite lists), personal common device information (including hardware models, hardware serials number, device name, device MAC address, network type/network status, operating system type, product version number, service failure information, software list, unique device identification code (IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/UUID/GUID, IMSI information), acceleration sensor, gyro sensor), personal location information (including travel information, precise positioning information, longitude and latitude), application information(GET_TASK search), device location information (including GPS location authorized by you and sensor information of WLAN access points and base stations).
2.1成为我们的用户：您注册成为游云南英文版用户时，您需要向我们提供您准备使用的您本人的电子邮箱、微信、手机号码。若您使用本人手机号码注册，我们将通过发送短信验证码的方式来验证您的身份是否有效。您可以修改您的头像、昵称、微信、电子邮箱、手机号码，这些信息均属于您的“账户信息”。若您仅使用浏览、搜索的基本服务，您不需要注册成为游云南英文版用户以及提供上述信息。
2.1 Becoming our user: When you sign up for Go-Yunnan, you need to provide us with your e-mail address, WeChat account, and mobile phone number that you intend to use. If you sign up with your mobile phone number, we will send an SMS verification code to verify your identity. You can change your avatar, name, WeChat username, email address, and mobile phone number, all of which belong to your "account information". If you only use the basic services such as browsing and search, you do not need to sign up to become a Go-Yunnan user or provide such information.
2.2授权登录：我们可能经您同意后向第三方共享您的账户信息，使您可以便捷地实现第三方账户的注册或登录。此外，我们可能会根据您的授权从第三方处获取您的第三方账户信息，并与您的微信、手机号、电子邮箱账户进行绑定，使您可通过第三方账户直接登录、使用我们的产品及/或服务。我们将在您授权同意的范围内使用您的上述信息。
2.2 Authorized login: We may share your account information with a third party with your consent, so as to allow you to sign up or log in to a third-party account easily. In addition, we may obtain your third-party account information from a third party based on your authorization, and bind it with your WeChat account, mobile phone number, and email account, so as to allow you to directly log in and use our products and/or services through a third-party account. We will use your information only for the purposes authorized by you.

2.3.1提供收藏功能：在您浏览游云南英文版的过程中，您可以选择对感兴趣的商品及/或服务进行收藏。在您使用上述功能的过程中，我们会收集包括您的收藏记录、分享历史、个人信息主体操作记录，包括浏览记录、软件使用记录、点击记录、收藏列表在内的服务日志信息用于实现上述功能及其他我们明确告知的目的。
2.3.1 Providing "Add to Favorites" function: When you browse Go-Yunnan, you can choose to add products and/or services you are interested in to your Favorites. During your use of such function, we will collect service log information such as your Favorites, sharing history, personal information subject operation records, including browsing records, software usage records, click records, and favorite lists to achieve the above functions and other purposes that we have clearly informed you.
2.3.2旅行中相关服务：在您的旅行过程中，我们将为您提供目的地、景区导览、天气、地图导航、交通的服务，为保证以上服务的正常使用，需要获取您的精准定位信息、经纬度信息。
2.3.2 Travel related services: During your travel, we will provide you with destinations, scenic spot guides, weather, map navigation, and transportation services. In order to ensure the normal use of the above services, we need to obtain your accurate positioning information, latitude and longitude information.
2.3.3提供评论公开发布功能：您可通过我们为您提供的评论发布功能公开发布信息。请注意，您公开发布的信息中可能会涉及您或他人的个人信息甚至个人敏感信息，若您在评论时选择上传包含个人信息的文字或图片，请您更加谨慎地考虑，是否在使用我们的服务时共享甚至公开分享信息。您公开发布的信息中涉及儿童个人信息的，需在发布前取得所涉及儿童的监护人授权同意。前述情形下监护人有权通过本政策第九条的途径联系我们，要求更正或删除涉及儿童个人信息的内容。
2.3.3 Provision of public release function of comments: You can publicly release information through the comment release function provided to you by us. Please note that the information posted by you may contain your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. When you choose to upload text or image that contain personal information when making comments, please consider carefully whether to share and even publicly share relevant information during your use of our services. If any information to be posted by you contains personal information of a child, you must obtain authorization and prior consent of the guardian of such child. In such case, the guardian has the right to contact us via the contact means described in Article 9 of this Policy to request correction or deletion of the content which contains personal information about such child.
2.3.4酒店预订及订单管理：当您在游云南英文版订购预订酒店时，我们会通过系统为您生成订单。在预订过程中,您需至少提供入住人姓名、护照信息及联系邮箱，同时该订单中会载明您所预订酒店的信息、具体订单号、订单创建时间、您应支付的金额，我们收集这些信息是为了帮助您顺利完成交易、保障您的交易安全、查询订单信息、提供客服与售后服务及其他我们明确告知的目的。您可以通过游云南英文版为他人订购商品及/或服务，您需要提供该实际订购人的前述个人信息。其中为儿童订购酒店类需要身份信息的商品或服务时，您需在订购前取得所涉及儿童的监护人授权同意。
2.3.4 Hotel reservation and order management: After booking a hotel on Go-Yunnan, an order will be generated for you through the system. During booking, you need to provide at least the name of the guest, passport information, and email address. The hotel you have booked, the specific order number, the time when the order is created, and the amount you should pay will be shown on the order. The purposes of collecting the abovementioned information are to help you to successfully complete the transaction, ensure transaction security, query order information, provide customer and after-sale services, and other purposes explicitly stated. You can order goods and/or services for others through Go-Yunnan by providing the aforementioned personal information of the actual purchaser. For the ordering of hotel products or services for children that require the provision of children’s identity information, you need to acquire authorization from the guardian of the children involved before ordering.
为便于您了解查询订单信息并对订单信息进行管理，我们会收集您在使用我们服务过程中产生的订单信息用于向您展示及便于您对订单进行管理。另外，因涉旅商品或服务的特殊性，您所选择的部分商品或服务，需要您进一步提交必要的信息才能完成预订，这些信息您需要自行填写，或者授权我们以其他方式帮助您完成信息录入。
To help you to better understand, query, and manage order information, we will collect the order information generated when you use our services. In addition, due to the particularities of travel-related commodities and services, the booking for some of them can only be done after you submit more information as required, which should be filled in by yourself or by us in other ways with your authorization.
2.3.5完成支付：为完成订单支付，您需要提供并选择付款方式，我们会将您的支付账户名、订单号、交易时间、交易对象、交易商品、订单交易金额、订单状态、订单安全有关的设备信息及其他反洗钱法律要求的必要信息通过在应用程序中嵌入的PayPal软件工具开发包（SDK）的方式与PayPal共享。为使我们及时获悉并确认您的支付进度及状态，为您提供售后与争议解决服务，您同意我们向您所选择的交易对象、PayPal收集支付进度信息。
2.3.5 Completion of payment: To complete order payment, you need to provide and select the payment method. We will share your payment account name, order number, transaction time, transaction object, transacted goods, order transaction amount, order status, equipment information related to order security, and other information required by anti-money laundering laws with PayPal through PayPal’s software development kit (SDK) embedded in the application. To enable us to learn and confirm your payment progress and status in a timely manner and offer you after-sales and dispute resolution services, you give us consent on the collection of payment progress information from the transaction partner you choose, that is, PayPal.
2.3.6客服及争议处理：当您与我们联系或提出售中售后、争议纠纷处理申请时，为了保障您的账户及系统安全，我们需要您提供必要的个人信息以核验您的用户身份。为便于与您联系、尽快帮助您解决问题或记录问题的处理方案及结果，我们可能会保存您与我们的通信/通话记录及争议内容（包括账号信息、订单信息、您为了证明争议事实提供的其他信息，或您留下的联系方式信息），若您针对具体订单进行咨询、投诉或提供建议的，我们会使用您的账号信息和订单信息。为了提供服务及改进服务质量的合理需要，我们还可能使用的您的其他信息，包括您与客服联系时您提供的信息，您参与问卷调查时向我们发送的问卷答复信息。
2.3.6 Customer service and dispute settlement: When you contact us or apply for in-sale or after-sale dispute settlement, necessary personal information of yours is needed to verify your identity in order to ensure the safety of your account and the system. To contact you more conveniently and help you solve problems or record the solutions and results of the problems timely, we may save records of correspondence/phone calls between you and us and the content of disputes (including account information, order information, other information you provided to prove the facts of disputes, or contact information you provided). We will use your account information and order information when you consult or complain about or provide suggestions for specific orders. To make services more accessible and improve the quality of services, we may also use other information of yours, including the information you provided when communicating with our customer service staff and that you filled in on our questionnaires.

我们需要收集您的一些信息来保障您使用我们的产品与/或服务时的账号与系统安全，并协助提升我们的产品与/服务的安全性和可靠性，以防产生任何危害用户、游云南英文版或社会的行为，包括您的如下个人信息：个人常用设备信息（包括硬件型号、硬件序列号、设备名称、设备MAC地址、网络类型/网络状态、操作系统类型、产品版本号、服务故障信息、软件列表、应用程序信息（GET TASK检索）、唯一设备识别码（IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/UUID/GUID、IMSI信息）、登录IP地址、包括您授权的GPS位置以及WLAN接入点、基站的传感器信息）。我们会根据上述信息来综合判断您账号、账户风险、进行身份验证、客户服务、检测及防范安全事件、存档和备份用途，并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施，一旦我们检测出存在或疑似存在账号安全风险时，我们会使用相应信息进行安全验证与风险排除，确保我们向您提供的产品和服务的安全性，以用来保障您的权益不受侵害。当您在激活使用时，我们会通过神策收集您的设备信息（IDFA、UUID、操作系统、设备型号、设备制造商、系统版本、Android ID、IMEI以及 MAC 地址）用于统计分析您在 App 内的使用效果。同时，当发生账号或系统安全问题时，我们会收集这些信息来优化我们的产品和服务。
We need to collect your information to ensure the security of your account and system when you use our products and/or services and help improve the security and reliability of our products and/or services to prevent any harm to the users and Go-Yunnan or the public, including your personal information such as personal common device information (including hardware model, hardware serial number, device name, device MAC address, network type/network status, operating system type, product version number, service failure information, software list, application information(GET_TASK search), unique device identification code (IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/UUID/GUID, IMSI information), login IP address, including your authorized GPS location, WLAN access point, base station sensor information). We will comprehensively judge your account number, account risk, identity verification, customer service, detection and prevention of security incidents, archiving and backup purposes based on the above information, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law. Once we detect there are or suspected account security risks, we will use the corresponding information for security verification and risk elimination to ensure the security of the products and services we provide for you to protect your rights and interests from infringement. When you activate the APP, we will collect your device information (IDFA, UUID, operating system, device model, device manufacturer, system version, Android ID, IMEI and MAC address) through the Sensors Data for statistical analysis of your use effect on the APP. When account or system security issues occur, we will collect information to optimize our products and services.
