我们的服务：我们将通过提供线上平台及相关信息化产品（包括但不限于Web官网（“本网站”：wmmhk.com）、H5和APP、小程序、直播间、预约参会以及随技术发展出现的新形态等线上产品），向您提供一切关于世界航商大会（“大会”）的资讯及与之相关的线上功能，包括但不限于浏览大会内容、大会官宣、嘉宾议程、直播大会、线上会议。

我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息
为了更好地举办世界航商大会平台，实现线上线下的一致性，我们将根据合法、正当、必要的原则，仅收集实现我们的服务所必要的信息。我们亦会根据本政策的约定，为实现我们的服务对所收集的个人信息进行处理。若我们超出本政策说明的目的处理您的信息，我们将再次向您说明，并征得您的事先同意。您可自愿提供您的个人信息，但是如果您拒绝提供个人信息，我们可能无法提供相关服务。以下我们向您逐一告知您在使用我们的服务时会涉及的功能，及为实现功能所需要收集的个人信息和我们处理的方式：
注册与维护账户
账户的创建
当您在使用我们的服务时，可以创建账户，以便我们能够向您提供世界航商大会相关资讯及其他相关功能，包括参加线上会议或论坛、预约线上观看、进入直播间观看直播或参与讨论、接收大会或系统信息、接收参会单位的有关产品或服务推介。在创建账户时，您须提供：姓名、职位、工作单位、电子邮箱、手机号码。您提交的手机号码用于您的注册、日后登录、找回密码时接收验证码，并且作为您与我们指定的联系方式之一，用来接收相关服务通知（包括大会开始的通知）。创建账户并不是必须的，但是如果您拒绝提供上述个人信息，您将无法完成注册和账户的创建，那么您就不能享用一些特定的服务。
账户的找回
如果您的账户遗失，您可以通过手机短信验证并登录，或通过邮箱验证码验证后重置密码。

您可以通过我们的服务与其他用户建立联系并分享彼此名片。该功能可能需要您提供特定的个人敏感信息，若您主动提供您的个人敏感信息即表示您同意我们按本政策所述目的和方式来处理您的个人敏感信息。与此同时，您有义务妥善保护自己的个人信息，仅在必要的情形下向他人提供、展示自己的信息。如果您发现自己的个人信息泄露，请立即联系我们。另外，您在使用该功能时，可能会涉及他人的个人信息，请您确认已获得他人的合法授权。
为您提供个性化推荐和安全保障功能
为了向您推荐个性化内容，优化搜索结果，同时为了履行维护网络安全义务、提高您使用服务的安全性，确保操作环境安全，预防钓鱼网站、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络入侵等安全风险，以预防、发现和调查潜在的违法违规或违反有关服务协议、政策或规则的行为，我们在提供服务时会获取以下信息：

请您注意，您在使用我们的服务时所提供的所有个人信息，除非您删除或通过系统设置拒绝我们收集，否则将在您使用我们服务期间持续授权我们使用。在您注销账号时，我们将停止使用并删除您的个人信息；
当我们要将您的个人信息用于本政策未载明的其它用途时，或将基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的时，或我们主动从第三方处获取您的个人信息时，均会事先征求您的同意；

请知悉，根据适用的法律及在其允许的范围内，若我们对个人信息采取技术措施和其他必要措施进行处理，使得数据接收方无法重新识别特定个人且不能复原，或我们可能会对收集的信息进行去标识化地研究、统计分析和预测，用于我们的网站的内容和布局，以及改进我们的服务（包括使用匿名数据进行机器学习或模型算法训练），则此类处理后数据的使用无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。

我们如何委托处理、共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息
委托处理

共享

信息的存储
信息存储的期限
我们保留您的个人信息，以便您能够继续使用我们的服务，前提是该保留是为了实现本政策所述的相关目的，或为了符合法律法规要求，或为了实现我们另行告知您的其他目的。我们对您的个人信息的保留时间，取决于信息使用目的。在您的个人信息超出保留期间后，除法律法规对于特定信息保留期限另有规定外，我们会对您的信息进行删除或做匿名化处理。
信息存储的地域
我们会按照法律法规规定，将收集的用户个人信息存储于中华人民共和国境内。目前我们不会跨境传输或存储您的个人信息。将来如需跨境传输或存储的，我们会事先获得您的明确授权同意，并将按相关法律法规要求进行传输和存储。
信息安全
安全保护措施

改变您授权同意的范围

(“CMES”, "us", "we" or "our") is committed to respecting and protecting your Personal Information (as defined below) and to complying with all applicable data protection laws.
